Banco Products India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider, Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the year ended on March 31, 2007 to the Shareholders.
