Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 19, 2007 to consider adoption of Annual Accounts of the Company and to consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the Financial Year ended on March 31, 2007.
