Vardhman Polytex equity shareholders & creditors approve Scheme of Amalgamation

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that pursuant to the order of the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh, the meeting of the Equity Shareholders, Secured Creditors and Unsecured Creditors of the Company, have approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Amkryon International (P) Ltd with the Company.
