EIH Associated Board to recommend dividend

EIH Associated Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 13, 2007, to approve the Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board may recommend a dividend on Equity Shares for declaration at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company at the said Board Meeting.
