Lanco Infratech Group company to develop 47.58 acres on OMR, Siruseri

Lanco Infratech Ltd has announced that Lanco Horizon Properties Pvt Ltd, a Group Company, has entered into a Joint Development Agreement for development of 47.58 Acres land located near SIPCOT Industrial Estate, Siruseri on Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai.

The property would be developed as an Integrated Township consisting of Residential Towers, Shopping Space and Service Apartments with a built-up area of approximately 4 million sq. ft. The project is estimated to cost Rs 600 Crores and would be completed within 36 Months from the date of plan approvals.

The stock was trading at Rs.171.55, up by Rs.2.05 or 1.21%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.174.90 and low of Rs.170.50. The total traded quantity was 209793 compared to 2 week average of 462695.
