Riddhi Siddhi Board declares 30% dividend

Riddhi Siddhi Gluco Biols Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, has proposed equity dividend of Rs 3 per share (30%).
