Balmer Lawrie & Company Board to recommend dividend

Balmer Lawrie & Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on recur the Audited Annual Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board, may also consider interalia, recommendation of a dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007 at the above meeting.
