Indo Tech Transformers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2006-2007.
