Yashraj Securities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 10, 2007, inter alia, has also transacted the following business:

1. Shifting of Registered Office.

2. Change of Name from "Yashraj Securities Ltd" to "Sun Realty Infra Ltd" & object of the Company to venture into Real Estate Business.
