Shree Ashtavinayak Board recommends 12% dividend

Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 11, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of @ 12% on equity shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up for the financial year 2006-2007 subject to approval of members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
