Seshasayee Paper Board recommends 35% dividend

Seshasayee Paper & Boards Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of a dividend at 35% for the year 2006-07 for approval of the members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
