Crew BOS Board recommends 7.5% dividend

Crew BOS Products Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 7.5% i.e. Rs 0.75/- per equity share of Rs 10/- each, for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
