Saksoft Board to consider dividend

Saksoft Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. Approve the Audited Financial results for the year-ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommend dividend, if any, for the year ended March 31, 2007 and fix the date of Annual General Meeting.

3. Increasing the authorised share capital of the Company.

4. Issue of equity shares / warrants to QIB and Preferential Allotment on a private placement basis.
