Allianz Capital Board to consider dividend

Allianz Capital & Management Services Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 18, 2007, inter alia, to consider Annual Accounts for the year 2006-2007, and for recommending dividend if any, to Equity Shareholders of the Company.
