Silktex Board recommends 15% final dividend

Silktex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 09, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Recommended the Final Dividend @ 15% for the year 2006-07 on the paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company subject to approval by the shareholders at the AGM.

2. Approved the expansion plan with an investment outlay of about Rs 50 Crores to be completed in next two years.
