Proto Infosys Board recommends 12% dividend

Proto Infosys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 07, 2007, inter alia, has recommended for the current year 2006-07 dividend @ 12% i.e. 12 paisa on Rs 1/- Per Share.
