CRISIL revises rating outlook on DCM Shriram

CRISIL has revised its rating outlook on the debenture programmes of DCM Shriram Industries Ltd to 'Negative' from 'Stable', as follows:

- Rs 145 Million Non-Convertible Debenture Programme : BBB-/Negative (Outlook revised from Stable)

- Rs 324.5 Million Partly-Convertible Debenture Programme : BBB-/Negative (Outlook revised from Stable).
