Cravatex Board recommends 35% dividend

Cravatex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2007, inter alia, has decided to recommend a dividend of 35% on the equity shares of the Company, subject to approval of the members in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
