Ponni Sugars Board recommends 9% dividend

Ponni Sugars Erode Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 9% for the financial year 2006-07.

The stock closed the day at Rs.43.25, up by Rs.1.35 or 3.22%. The total traded quantity was 87857 compared to 2 week average of 17096. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.44.80 and low of Rs.40.
