Shriram City Union to recommend Final Dividend

Shriram City Union Finance Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following :

1. To approve the Audited Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To Consider recommendation of Final Equity Dividend to the Shareholders for the year 2006-07.
