Ramsarup Industries Board to recommend final dividend

Ramsarup Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 14, 2007, to consider & approve the following:

1. Auditors Annual Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. Recommending Final Dividend on the paid up equity share capital of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company will also consider the payment of dividend to the Preference Shareholders according to their rights attached therewith.
