Hi-Tech Gears Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Audit Committee & Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the Annual Accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend dividend on equity shares.
