Kernex Microsystems Board to consider dividend

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To Recommend the Dividend, if any, for the financial year 2006-2007.
