India Nippon Board to consider final dividend

India Nippon Electricals Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 21, 2007 to consider the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and final dividend, if any, for the year April 2006 - March 2007.
