Spanco Telesystems to invest in Bharat BPO Services Ltd

Spanco Telesystems & Solutions Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held in June 07, 2007, has approved an Investment of upto Rs 75 Crores in the Joint Venture Company, "Bharat BPO Services Ltd" for its Railway Project / Contract.

Bharat BPO Services Ltd is a 50:50 Joint Venture between the Company & Omnia BPO Services Ltd (a Spice telecom group Company).

The stock closed the day at Rs.278.55, up by Rs.6.55 or 2.41%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 281.40 and low of Rs.265. The total traded quantity was 57512 compared to 2 week average of 80273.
