Entertainment Network signs MOU with Shri Puran Multimedia Ltd

Entertainment Network India Ltd has announced that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been executed with Shri Puran Multimedia Ltd ('SPMT'). SPMT, holds valid and subsisting license from the Government of India to broadcast F.M. Radio in eight locations across India.

As per the aforesaid MOU, SPML has agreed to solely and exclusively utilize the sales support function offered by the Company on a national level to facilitate the sale of airtime of radio stations of SPML.

The stock closed the day at Rs.390, up by Rs.7.55 or 1.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.393.20 and low of Rs.377. The total traded quantity was 9286 compared to 2 week average of 26410.
