Nagreeka Exports Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, for consideration of the following:

1. To approve the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider payment of dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
