NRB Bearings Board declares 65% final dividend

NRB Bearings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 07, 2007, inter alia, has declared a final dividend @ Rs 1.30/- per equity share of Rs 2/- each (65%) payable to members as per Register of Members. Alongwith the interim dividend of Rs 1.60 per equity share of Rs 2/- (80%), the total dividend for the year will be Rs 2.90 per equity share of Rs 2/- (145%), subject to shareholder approval in general meeting.
