AIA Engineering Board recommends 35% dividend

AIA Engineering Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 07, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 35% i.e. Rs 3.50 per Equity Share of Rs 10/- each of the Company on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007 subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
