Rico Auto Board to consider dividend

Rico Auto Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 16, 2007, inter alia, for the following purposes:

1. To consider and to take on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To consider the Dividend for the financial year 2006-2007.
