Gujarat State Petronet Board recommends 5% dividend

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 5% on the equity shares of the Company for the financial year 2006-07, subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
