Assam Company Ltd Board recommends 10% dividend

Assam Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2007, inter alia, has recommended payment of dividend @ 10% per Equity Share for the approval of the shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
