Surabhi Chemicals & Investments Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 20, 2007, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007, and recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the year 2006-07.
