Suryalata Spinning to demerge Ramtek Unit

Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company has considered and decided to hive off one of the units, located at Ramtek, Nagpur, Maharashtra, with an installed capacity of 28,080 spindles.

In this connection, the Board has appointed M/s. Sathguru Management Consultants Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad, as the Consultant for the de-merger.

The stock closed the day at Rs.44.90, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.22%. The total traded quantity was 23138 compared to 2 week average of 25943. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.46.50 and low of Rs.43.80.
