Ciba Specialty Board to consider dividend

Ciba Specialty Chemicals India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 22, 2007, inter alia, to consider the Audited Accounts of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, and recommendation of dividend, if any, for the said financial year.
