Dynamatic Technologies Ltd has announced that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company which is scheduled to be held on June 08, 2007, will also consider a Proposal of Merger of JKM Dae Rim Automotive Ltd (a subsidiary of the Company) with the Company.
