Kothari Products Board to consider dividend

Kothari Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 23, 2007, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2007 and also to approve the Annual Accounts for the aforesaid year.

Further, recommendation of Dividend, if any, for the aforesaid year will also be considered at the aforesaid meeting.
