Vertex Spinning acquires 100% of Green Cottage & Resorts Ltd

Vertex Spinning Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2007 has acquired 100% Shares (79,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for a consideration of Rs 23,70,000/-) of M/s. Green Cottage & Resorts Ltd in order to create 100% wholly own subsidiary of the Company to start the Construction / Infrastructure / Real Estate Business.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.15, up by Rs.0.75 or 4.31%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.20 and low of Rs.16.55. The total traded quantity was 12840 compared to 2 week average of 35491.
