Cil Securities Board to declare dividend

Cil Securities Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Financial Results of the Company for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2007 and Audited Accounts for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007 and also to consider declaration of dividend for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2007.
