TNPL fixes Book Closure for final dividend & AGM

Tamil Nadu Newsprint & Papers Ltd (TNPL) has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 24, 2007 to August 31, 2007 for the purpose of payment of final dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
