Bhagwati Banquets Board to consider discount to shareholders

Bhagwati Banquets & Hotels Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007, inter alia, to consider business with respect to giving discount to shareholders of the Company on Food and Beverages at various outlets of the Company, subject to applicable laws and various permissions required, if any.
