DIC India members to approve Scheme of Amalgamation

DIC India Ltd has announced that a Court Convened General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, to consider the Scheme of Amalgamation and approve the merger of the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Rohit (Printing Inks & Paints) Industries (P) Ltd., with itself.
