Bajaj Auto Finance Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2007 to July 11, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 11, 2007.
