Aksh Optifibre Updates on Scheme of Amalgamation

Aksh Optifibre Ltd has announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi on May 29, 2007 has approved the Merger Petition filed by Aksh Broadband Ltd (Transferor Company), seeking approval of its merger with the Company. The certified copy of the order is awaited.

The merger shall be effective upon receipt of the certified copy of the order and filing of the same with Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi and Haryana.
