Rama Pulp Board to recommend Dividend

Rama Pulp & Papers Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 27, 2007, to transact the following business:

1. To approve and adopt the audited results of the Company as on March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend for approval of the members for the payment of dividend for the year 2006-07.
