Gujarat Raffia EGM approves capital reduction

Gujarat Raffia Industries Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on June 15, 2007 for considering the Capital Reduction of the Company and consolidation of Equity Share Capital of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, The Registrar of Companies, Gujarat have extended the financial year of the Company as ended on March 31, 2007 to September 30, 2007 and Annual General Meeting to March 25, 2008 respectively.
