Cerebra Integrated to raise US$10 million

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2007, has considered the following:

1. The board in principle agreed for issue of 10 Million Dollars by way of GDR or Any other mode.

2. Decided to get into ITES / BPO business by acquiring and talks were held with Senior IT professional from United States in this connection.

3. Discussed in length on future business plan for the next quarter.
