MP Oils & Fats to change name, enter into Infrastructure Development

MP Oils & Fats Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has decided the following:

1. Change of name of the Company from "M.P. Oils and Fats Ltd" to "Swetha Infrastructures Ltd" or "Swetha Urban Developers Ltd" or "Swetha Infrastructure Development Ltd" as may be allowed by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra. Mr. Sureshchandra D Manik and Mr. G B Tirupati Rao have been authorized to make application for name availability and subject to the approval at Members in General Meeting.

2. The alteration of Main Objects Clause of Memorandum of Association subject to approval of Members by postal ballot for incorporating main business activity in the field of Infrastructure Development, Construction and Real Estate Development to be in Main Objects of the Memorandum of Association.
