Rain Commodities Board recommends 35% dividend

Rain Commodities Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 35% on the paid up equity share capital of the Company i.e., Rs 3.50 per equity share for the year 2006-2007.
