Kavveri Telecom Board to consider dividend

Kavveri Telecom Products Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 12, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following business:

1. To consider the annual accounts of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to approve them before they are handed over to the Statutory Auditors of the Company.

2. To declare dividend, if any.
